Bids for the project will be received by the Town of Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department, in person at: 105 Gilead Road, 3rd Floor Huntersville, NC 28070, or by mail at: P.O. Box 2879, Huntersville, NC, 28070 until 2:00 PM, local time, Tuesday December 10, 2024, and there at said office, at said time. Bid Proposals will be received for: THE CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH MECKLENBURG PARK GREENWAY FOR HUNTERSVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION The Bid Package, consisting of the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal Form, Noncollusion Affidavit, Substitution Listing Form, General Conditions of the Contract, and Contract Drawings may be obtained from the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department, 105 Gilead Road, 3rd Floor, Huntersville, NC, or may be accessed at the following web address: www.huntersville.org. Contract documents will not be mailed to Bidders. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined at the Huntersville Department of Recreation, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078.
