Solicitation Description:

The University of Texas at Austin (“University”) requests bids in response to this Invitation to Bid no.

721-25065 (“ITB”) from qualified and experienced vendors (“Bidders”) for Hotel Accommodations and

Ancillary Services (“Services”).

The University of Texas at Austin invites property ownership groups to submit bids to provide hotel

accommodation and ancillary services at hotels located within a two mile radius of the following named

service areas: University of Texas at Austin Pickle Research Campus.

The Services, which are more specifically described in the Scope of Work (“SOW”), include (but may

not be limited to):

• Group and Transient Lodging

• On-Site Parking

• Event and Conference Room Use

• Audio-Visual Support Services

• On-Site Event Catering
