| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
The Materials Support Warehouse was built in 1996 and expanded in 2001 to 94,750 square feet to support university storage, procurement, and management of surplus goods. This project will replace the existing roof, which requires maintenance to protect occupants and the contents of the building. The new roof will be designed to provide reliable protection for the building over the next 20-30 years. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
