On-Demand Remote Interpretation Services
This Solicitation is for on-demand remote interpretation services (Telephone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Interpretation (VRI)) for non-English speaking individuals, at the request of all using State agencies and Political Subdivisions. Services must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year (24/7) on an as-needed basis.
