264448 - Install Water Bottle Filler - Logistics

Install bottle filler unit water cooler to include labor, material, electrical and or plumbing that may be required.

Location: ADPH Warehouse
1635 Mitchell Young Road
Montgomery, Alabama 36108.

Demolition and proper disposal of one (1) existing water fountain. Existing water fountain is an Elkay EZS8L Wall Mounted Drinking Fountain Barrier Free.  Installation of one (1) owner provided Elkay LZS8WSLK ezH Bottle Filling Station in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and to comply with all local building codes and ADA regulations.

Work Includes: Demo existing water cooler. Provide and install all necessary plumbing fittings, supply lines and drain lines. Install one (1) owner provided Bottle Filling Station and any electrical receptacles (gfci) for water dispensing station if needed.

If needed: Relocate the existing electrical to accommodate the new equipment.

All work must be completed no later than June 30, 2026.

Vendor must be a licensed plumber and electrician.  Verification may be required.  Vendor must also be insured and any damages during the installation and/or demolition will be the responsibility of the vendor.

To properly quote this job, a mandatory site visit is required.

The site visit will be on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10am.

Vendors wanting to bid on this job, must attend this site visit or their bid will not be considered.

All vendors attending will be required to sign a sign in sheet to verify attendance.

Please quote total for entire job.
