Danville Stadium Lease

The City of Danville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from interested parties to lease and operate Danville Stadium (610 Highland Blvd, Danville, IL) for community and commercial events, athletic programming, and related uses. A copy of the lease requirements may be obtained here .

• It is the sole responsibility of each party obtaining the RFQ to check back periodically for any posted RFIs, responses, or addendums.
• All addendums and RFI responses must be acknowledged and included with the final submission documents
• All RFQ submissions must be received by 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Monday, December 1, 2025.
• Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
• Each submission must include all requested materials as outlined in the RFQ package.
