Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be
received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
The City of Asheville, NC is requesting bids from NC Licensed Landscape Contractor for the
Maintenance of the landscape in Pritchard Park (67 Patton Avenue), Pack Square (121 College St.),
Triangle Park (56 S. Market St.), Rankin Parking Deck (68 Rankin Dr) and Grace's Garden (18 Patton
Avenue) in Downtown Asheville

Issuance of Invitation for Bids Wednesday, April 8, 2026
Pre-Bid Meeting (not mandatory) Monday, April 13, 2026 1:30PM EDT

source.
The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
