Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be

Description of Work:
The City of Asheville, NC is requesting bids from NC Licensed Landscape Contractor for the
Maintenance of the landscape in Pritchard Park (67 Patton Avenue), Pack Square (121 College St.),
Triangle Park (56 S. Market St.), Rankin Parking Deck (68 Rankin Dr) and Grace’s Garden (18 Patton
Avenue) in Downtown Asheville
