Divestment Act will subject your bid to rejection.

6 ) Proposal Contents

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be received at this office (1717

o pened, for furnishing and delivering the commodity as described herein. Refer to page 3 for

Bids submitted via telegraph, fax machine, telephone, and electronic means, including but not

II. OVERVIEW

Pitt County Schools (“PCS”) is seeking a proposal to obtain via purchase a Data Center

Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) solution that contains hardware, software and support

s ervices. Proposals should meet or exceed the specifications provided herein and may include

one or more of the following components:

● A quote(A)for a Single Cluster HCI Hardware Solutionw/ Scale Computing Hypervisor

● A quote(B)for a Dual Cluster HCI Hardware Solutionw/ Nutanix Hypervisor

● A quote(C)for Virtualization,Migration,and InstallationS ervices for all hardware and

software

● A quote(D)for Extended Warranty Support for allh ardware and software

Vendors may submit proposals forOption (A), Option(B), or both. Submission of both options
