Deliver Bids to: Bertie County Government; Tonya Davis, Clerk to the Board, 106 Dundee Street, 2nd Floor, Windsor, NC 27983 4. Bid Opening: Bertie County Government; Commissioners Room/1st Floor 106 Dundee Street, Windsor, NC 27983 C. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. 1.2 BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. 1.3 SITE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC A. It is recommended that Prime Bidders visit the project site.
