Bid Description:
The Town of East Montpelier is building a new Town Garage, designed by William Lamphere Architects (WLA) , that is to have sufficient solar electric systems (PV) to produce as much electricity as is used in an average year by the buildings. PV will be located on the building roof. The PV contract will be directly with the Town of East Montpelier.
