The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the referenced project:
Project Description:Construction of the Rail Maintenance Facility for the FR2X Program. Project will also include construction of staging/service rail as part of the project site.
Fixed Contract Price Limit: $160,000,000.00
