Summary

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking to contract with a single vendor who can provide all OOD office locations, with security and intrusion monitoring, call sequence programming, and monthly security testing as documented in the attached RFQ packet.

Please attach a formal quote that is valid until July 2, 2025, and includes applicable contract and catalog numbers. Responses received without a formal quote may be deemed non-responsive.

Please attach any applicable terms and conditions for review, if applicable.

Process

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
