SSLC Life on State Project

Invitation to Bid:
The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the project titled: SSLC Life on State Project, until 4:00 p.m. on April 10th, 2026. Bids received after 4:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes installing curb extensions, sidewalk, pedestrian access ramps, roadway excavation, paving, planted raised medians, subsurface soil cells, irrigation system, trees and plantings on State Street between Haven Ave and 2100 South. All required documents for the bidding process shall be directly submitted to Bonfire by 4:00 p.m. on April 10th, 2026.
Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder, Ariel Andrus, at aandrus@sslc.gov after 2:00 p.m. on March 16th, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be required. It will be held at 3:00 PM on March 26th, 2026, at Council Room located on the second floor of 220 East Morris Ave., South Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. There will be no public bid opening. All questions regarding the project shall be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 3rd, 2026. A 5% Bid Security will be required. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
