This is the award notice of a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. A sole source justification in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3 has been approved for this requirement and is posted with this announcement,
The Defense Health Agency, Defense Healthcare Management Systems Contract Division, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract with one 12 month base period and one 12 month option period to Mediquant, LLC CAGE: 6UXH1 supporting Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office (PMO) to provide Health Information Archive (HIA) services to support the consolidation of legacy data and software maintenance. Specifically, Mediquant will provide service for mapping and loading individual data sets to the Mediquant proprietary data model and creating the dependent Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources of the DataArk HIA solution. The contract will also provide vendor maintenance, support, and potential upgrades to ensure the uninterrupted operation and functionality of the HIA, which is a critical system for storing and managing legacy health-related information. The Government intends to award the contract 13 Dec 2024.
