The purpose of this amanedment is to incoprparate Questions and answers document into the soliciation. Please find attachment 6; Questions and Answers document, dated 20 May 2025.

This is a Solicitation notice for Request for Proposal for Tree Assessment, Trimming, and Removal Services for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Texas. This soliciation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Interested vendors shall respond to this Solicitation IAW the attached documents and instructions to Offerors located within Atch 5. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 15 May 2025, 10:00 a.m. CST at JBSA Randolph AFB, TX. All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than Friday, 9 May 2025, by 9:00 a.m. CST. Requests shall be sent via email to Emily Rodriguez at emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil and Charles Woyome at charles.woyome.2@us.af.mil. The meeting place will be the JBSA Randolph Visitor Center at 1 Harmon Dr, Randolph AFB, TX 78150 at 9:30 a.m. CST.

Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for specific Proposal Preparation and Format Instructions. PLEASE NOTE: INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO.
