Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for On-Call Roadway Construction Services, District 2.  The work shall be performed throughout the counties of Siskiyou, Modoc, Trinity, Shasta, Lassen, Tehama, and Plumas in California within the limits of District 2. Specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.

Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.

The estimated contract amount is $24,000,000.00 - $39,000,000.00.

19% Participation Goal Required.

The estimated contract term is three (3) years.

It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
