PreSolicitation - Synopsis
1. The proposed solicitation will be solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code is 339113
– Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.
2. Description of items: 37 Safariland Hard Wire 19 Male/Female 2.0 3A Armor, 37
Safari-BA “Bothell” External Carrier, 37 Safari-BA M2 2.0 Male/Female Carrier, and 37
Safari-BA Impac HT Plate Stand Alone as a brand name or equivalent requirement to
be delivered to Puget Sound VA Medical Center located at 1660 S. Columbian Way
Seattle, WA 98108.
3. Period of performance. One hundred and twenty (120) days after receipt of order
(ARO).
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is 16 January 2025 with an
anticipated award date first week of February 2025.
5. All responsible Small Business Concerns in regard to NAICS code 339113 sources
may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
