Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY

The 195th Wing, California Air National Guard (CAANG) seeks qualified small businesses and/or hotel owners for an ucomping lodging services potentially under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

A BPA is a simplified method of filling recurring needs for supplies or services. Think of it as a "charge account" the CAANG can use with your hotel/business to secure rooms within specific regions under a mutually agreed price list.

Please note the 195th Wing has multiple geographically separated units, and the span of distance across the State of California, regions have been identified by number in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a Business Size Standard of $40M.

This is not a request for proposal, quote, or bid. It’s simply an introduction to your business.

Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary to evaluate an aquisition strategy. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Interested parties must provide a capabilities statement describing how your business can meet the Government’s lodging needs in one or more of the five regions listed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please include the following:

1. Organization Name


2. SAM.gov UEI and CAGE


3. Business type. Clearly state if you are the hotel owner/operator or a third-party vendor.


4. Website (if available)


5. Small Business Status: Indicate whether you qualify as a small business under NAICS 721110.


6. If you have a GSA schedule that can provide this service, please provide the contract number
