NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

City of La Vista

La Vista, Nebraska

Sealed proposals will be received by Pamela Buethe, Clerk of said City, at the City of La Vista, City Hall, 8116 Parkview Boulevard, La Vista, NE 68128, until 10:00 AM on the 29 ^th day of September, 2023 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor’s equipment, plant and all else necessary to construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement of CENTRAL PARK ACCESS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION - EDGEWOOD. At such hour, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the City of La Vista will proceed to publicly open in the presence of all bidders and consider the bids received for the furnishing of such labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of such improvements.

Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined online at www.standarddigital.com . Project documents may also be examined at the office of The City Clerk of the City of La Vista at City of La Vista City Hall, 8116 Park View Blvd., La Vista, NE 68128. In order to ensure bidders are aware of all issued documents pertaining to this opportunity – bids will only be accepted from those listed on the planholders list kept at the offices of Standard Digital Imaging / StandardSHARE.

The City of La Vista, Nebraska reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject all or any bids.
