All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.
Project Description: The City of St. George is seeking qualified general contractors to perform alterations to three existing buildings comprising the St. George Police Department (SGPD) Campus. The project involves interior reconfigurations, mechanical system upgrades, and exterior improvements across all three structures: the Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie Buildings. Design documents have been prepared by FFKR Architects and all work shall be performed in strict accordance with those construction documents, applicable building codes, and any City of St. George specifications referenced therein.
The 100% performance – labor and materials bond will be required on this project.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
