Project Description: The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of three complete NFPA 1500 compliant direct source capture (hose connected to tailpipe) vehicle exhaust removal systems; one system for each of the City‘s three fire station facilities. The systems shall be designed to capture and remove hazardous vehicle exhaust emissions at the source, preventing their release into the station environment. The systems must comply with all applicable NFPA standards.
This project includes Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is subject to applicable Federal procurement requirements. As such, the Contractor and all its subcontractors must follow applicable Federal procurement standards and contracting provisions. All Contractors must be eligible for capital projects in which Federal monies are utilized.
