This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation W912CN-25-Q-A019 will be issued sometime September 2025.
The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI) has a chemical requirement (for sodium hypochlorite and sodium fluoride) to clean and disinfect water in the swimming pools and water treatment plants. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete this requirement. Chemicals shall be delivered to various Army installations on Oahu, Hawaii. Quantities will fluctuate with each chemical order, depending on what is needed. The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to award a single, firm fixed priced contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 325180 Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing; the corresponding size standard is 1,000 employees.
