Description:
The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide in-person occupational therapy assessment and therapeutic services (direct, indirect and consultation) to the California School for the Deaf, Fremont (CSDF) located at 39350 Gallaudet Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
It is anticipated that the contract start date will begin approximately on October 1, 2025. The actual start date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Department of General Services (DGS), if required. Contract includes two one-year options to renew.
