Description View Changes
Amendment 0003 did not correctly update the due date for offers on sam.gov. This amendment is issued to clarify and correct the due date on sam.gov to match amendment 0003.

The due date and time for the receipt of offers is extended to 2:00pm EST on 24 July 2026.
