Meter Manifolds, Bars, and Related Accessories

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of Richmond Gas Works (“RGW”), seeks bids from qualified firms for furnishing and delivering certain meter manifolds, bars, and related accessories. The required goods primarily consist of meter manifolds, riser stake posts, slot riser channel brackets, swage nipples, adjustable pipe supports, and pipe support saddles. Specific details regarding the nature, composition, and delivery of the required goods are provided below in the Statement of Work.

Richmond Gas Works utilizes the required goods while it works with above-ground gas distribution service lines. The utilization of the meter manifolds, bars, and accessories ensures that meter installations are standardized and maintain structural stability, as required by the RGW Operations and Maintenance Procedures. These goods will allow RGW to perform safe gas meter services for its customer base.
