Bid Description:
This project involves basement work in the Londonderry Town Hall located at 139 Middleton Road, Londonderry, Vermont. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to waterproof, encapsulate, insulate, and air seal the basement. Project work shall be complete or under contract for completion by September 30th, 2026. The Town will host an optional site visit on Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
