1) Special Notice:



The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Management Activity (PMA)-299 is notifying Industry of an upcoming Industry Day for the MH-60 Service Life Modernization (SLM) program. This Announcement is to inform industry that the Industry Day is being planned for late January 2026 and will be conducted virtually through the Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC). An overview of the NASC and information about membership can be found on https://nascsolutions.tech. Only members of the NASC will have access to the official Industry Day posting.



2) Platform Background:



The MH-60R and MH-60S helicopters are multi-mission helicopters supporting diverse missions such as Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-Surface Warfare (ASuW), Special Operations, Personnel Recovery (PR), Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM), Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP), and Command and Control (C2). The USN MH-60 platform has been a cornerstone of naval aviation, providing unmatched operational flexibility and mission effectiveness. MH-60R aircraft are currently deployed worldwide in the United States Navy, the Royal Australian Navy, and the militaries of seven other Foreign Military Sales customers. The MH-60S is unique to the United States Navy.
