APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) payload that can be integrated with a small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS). Due to the minimal Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) available to the payload, the system must be flexible to operate in different configurations based on Mission and Radio Frequency (RF) bands. Specific employment concepts and requirements at the (CUI) level will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request. All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than 19 September 2025.
