Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement
Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Richard Roudebush VA Indianapolis - 1481 W. 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for brand name requirement for 4-year option periods (Base plus 3 options) for Immunochemical Fecal Occult Testing (iFOBT) analyzer and reagents for the Pathology and Laboratory Service.
