The Florida Department of Revenue issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) seeking responses from interested parties who can offer information on services/software for the implementation of an Automated Employee Benefits Election Assistant for the Department as described in the attached.
The goal of this RFI is to provide the Department with information regarding a solution which definitively provides a service as detailed in the attached document.
