Project Description: The construction of a 372 SF conditioned laundry room and 1095 SF non-conditioned storage building addition adjacent to the existing Medical Examiner’s office. Work includes wall demolition, grading and excavation, utility coordination, pavement removal, asphalt paving, site drainage and erosion control, concrete foundations and footings, exterior walls and structural steel, roofing system with insulation and drainage, MEP, fire protection, installation of electrical connection for mobile emergency generator, landscaping, and tree removal.
