Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York's (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for Mobile Command Station Conference System for NY ARNG 42 ID HQ pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability statement to richard.w.powell44.mil@mail.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the USPFO-NY. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The HDT Systems conference system is the only solution that meets the following critical requirements for the 42D ID Headquarters:

• Ruggedized Design: The HDT system includes shock-proof, weather-resistant carrying cases and audio components, essential for use in harsh field conditions. Competing systems do not offer this level of ruggedization, which is critical to the tactical operations of the 42D ID.

• Wireless Integration: HDT’s system offers both wired and wireless microphone and speaker capabilities, allowing flexible deployment in varied tactical situations. The Bluetooth integration and wireless battery-powered operation are unique features that ensure continued operation without access to mains power, which other systems lack.

• Control and Expandability: The HDT system provides a control panel capable of supporting up to 50 stations, far exceeding the capabilities of similar systems in the market. This is essential for supporting large teams during high-stakes operations.

• Portable Public Address System: The integrated Anchor Audio® Beacon Line Array is compact yet powerful enough to provide clear audio in open or dispersed environments. The quick setup time and compatibility with external media sources make it indispensable in dynamic operational scenarios.
