Sealed Tenders for: Chip Seal Coat and Other Work for the 2025 Program

Tender Closing is 2:00:00 p.m., local time on December 12, 2024 (the “Tender Closing”)
1. The Work to be undertaken generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to, approximately 6.9 kilometres of “Seal Coat” to be carried out on the following paved roads:
Schedule “A” – Last Hill Road
From: Highway 766 to Range Road 3-5 (km 0.000 to km 3.2)
Schedule “B” – Nova North Access Road (East Portion)
From: Nova Chemicals gate to Highway 815 (km 0.000 to km 1.6)
Schedule “C” – 34th Street, Lacombe
From: City of Lacombe/Lacombe County Boundary to Highway 2A and Twp Rd 410 to BF1134 (km 0.000 to km 2.1)
(hereinafter collectively the “Work”)
Approximate Quantities:
Schedule “A” - Last Hill Road
Graded Aggregate Seal Coat (CRS-2P), modified as per the Special Provisions (Appendix “A” Sec. 6.1) 28,000m2
Schedule “B” – Nova North Access Road (East Portion)
Graded Aggregate Seal Coat (CRS-2P), modified as per the Special Provisions (Appendix “A” Sec. 6.1) 15,200 m2
Schedule “C” – 34th Street, Lacombe
Graded Aggregate Seal Coat (CRS-2P), modified as per the Special Provisions (Appendix “A” Sec. 6.1) 19,850 m2
