ADDENDUM #1 - Please see attached addendum addressing a change to the RFP and a Q&A.

The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals for the provision of community-based sex offender management and treatment services for individuals in communities in Anchorage and Kenai, Alaska.

The treatment provider(s) will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will work to incorporate the principles of the Containment Model, including polygraph assessment, into the management of sex offenders.
