The Metropolitan District (MDC) intends to obtain formal bids from qualified contractors to provide acoustic condition assessments to characterize the current condition of approximately 4 miles of pipes located in Hartford and East Hartford, Connecticut. In addition to the condition assessment survey, the contractor performs active leaks detection. The selected contractor will be expected to enter into a contract for the provision of services embodying the substance of the specifications stated herein.
