Description
The Science Complex at Trent University, constructed in 1968, serves as a vital research and teaching facility. It houses various laboratories, classrooms, offices, and a lecture theater. The building features a podium roof in the southwest quadrant, which facilitates pedestrian access to other parts of the university. The work involves completing masonry repairs to restore the integrity of the interior partition walls and maintain building standards. As part of the work, two glass partitions are to be replaced. The work is to begin immediately upon award and will proceed continuously until completion.
