Project Description: Bids will be received online by Upper Mount Bethel Township via PennBid until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for the following:
“COMMUNITY PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS”, UPPER MOUNT BETHEL TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA
The project consists of the complete furnishing and installation of pickleball courts at the Township Community Park, 1535 Potomac Street, Mount Bethel, PA, as well as all other associated work listed in the Project Manual and as indicated on the Project Plans.
NOTE: COURT COATINGS/PAINT, LINE SPRIPING, SUPPORTS/POSTS & NETS ARE INCIDENTAL TO THE CONTRACT PAY ITEMS.

NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Mount Bethel Township, or a Bid Bond in favor of Upper Mount Bethel Township at 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workers employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date. Upper Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
