Description
Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) has awarded a single-award IDIQ contract with hybrid pricing arrangements on a sole source basis to VideoRay LLC under the under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

The single-award IDIQ contract will be for the provisioning of systems engineering & support services supporting Maritime Expeditionary Standoff Response (MESR) systems, sensors and payloads required by the Navy's Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) program, MESR Program of Record (PoR), Partner Nations and other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations. The contemplated efforts seek to advance the ROVs autonomous technology, automated/supervisory behaviors, and integration of various MESR payloads that will significantly enhance current and future Navy missions. The ordering period of the awarded effort is for five (5) years.

This notice is in response to the Government's INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE notice posted on 05 March 2025. A redacted J&A is provided herein.
