Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Office of Acquisition Managment (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single-source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a), FAR Class Deviation 25-21, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 12 to Transunion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of Enterprise Hermes licenses. This procurement is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source.

This notice is for information purposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
