Project Details: RFQ for Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the rehabilitation of 238 N. Main Street in Bishopville, SC. The initial occupant is understood to be the YMCA of Bishopville (first level only). Improvements to the second floor will only be as required by code in support of the first-floor activity. The first floor will be designed with consideration given for future access to the second floor.
