Comprehensive Boxed and Self-Service Bulk Meal Delivery

Project Description: The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to serve as a single provider for the delivery of a variety of self-service bulk and/or boxed meals (hot or cold) to support meetings, trainings, and other official events at various City locations. The selected vendor will handle all aspects of meal sourcing, preparation, packaging, and delivery for an estimated volume of events ranging from small group sessions (10-50 participants) to larger trainings (up to 200 participants), with flexibility for fluctuating demand. The contract term is five (5) years. This RFCSP aims to ensure high-quality, nutritious, and diverse meal options that accommodate dietary needs while promoting local economic participation through partnerships with Dallas-based restaurants.
