Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals for Level II In-Home Monitoring Program, Shelter Care, and Intensive Monitoring Program to be tentatively provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. You may apply for one or more programs being RFPed. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process. Existing agencies need to reapply to be considered for the 2027 contract.
