The work consists of removal of the existing PVC liner, concrete surface repairs, and installation of a new PVC lining system in Channel 1, the eight (8) Primary Sedimentation Tanks, Channel 2, Channel 3, and the nine (9) unlined step-feed channels. The work also involves removal and replacement of aluminum odor control covers on the step-feed channels, replacement of air distribution piping in Channels 2 and 3, and installation of a chopper pump mixing system in Channel 1. Additional scope items include replacement of corroded or deteriorated equipment, rehabilitation of the H405 Diversion Structure, relocation of the existing vehicle gate, and construction of a new Odor Control Station, and all appurtenant work.
