The Town of Norwell seeks the services of a qualified Owners Project Manager OPM for their Multi Generational Community Center project. The initial scope of OPM Services includes a review of existing drawings, recommendations, budget development, designer selection, oversight of design development and construction, and public outreach.

The RFQ may be obtained starting February 18, 2026 via https://townofnorwell.net/bids.php

A site visit will be conducted March 4, 2026 at 12:00pm at 345 Main St. Norwell, MA 02061
