Mount Pleasant is seeking pricing on the purchase of a new steam kettle and installation. The kettle will need to be comparable to Cleveland brand. The following are the specifications that we are currently seeking for the new kettle.
Cleveland Direct Steam Tilting Kettle (model # KDL80T)
80 gallon capacity
2/3 steam jacket design
mounted on an open quad-leg base
316 series stainless steel interior
flanged feet
steam control valve with a 50 PSI rating
Extras would include:
Hot and Cold Kettle Filler with 60" hose
No lid would be needed
