Sidewalk Replacement

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to remove and replace 1000 linear foot of existing deteriorated sidewalks at Mohawk Valley PC, located at 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502.

Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the IFB and all attachments in their entirety. Details regarding the scope of work are outlined in Section 1: Scope of Work of the attached IFB-24-134.

All questions from potential offerors regarding this solicitation are to be submitted in writing via email per the IFB instructions by October 17th, 2024. Questions & OMH responses will be compiled & sent to all potential offerors by October 24th, 2024.

Electronic bids must be submitted to bids@omh.ny.gov no later than October 31st, 2024

The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Bidder offering the lowest total bid amount and who also meets all minimum mandatory requirements.

Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated contact listed in the IFB should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement.
