NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for
CONSTRUCTION OF PRE-FABRICATED BUILDING FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Riverhead at Town Hall, 4 W Second Street, Riverhead, New York, 11901, until 11:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 13, 2025 at which time all bids received shall be opened and read aloud.

on or after OCTOBER 16, 2025.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
All bidders are advised that there will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection conducted on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site 64 East Wind Drive, Wading River, New York.
Please note that failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will result in disqualification of the bidder.
