The work consists of the construction of a new 50-lot residential subdivision, including mass grading of the site and installation of public infrastructure improvements. Work includes roadway and sidewalk construction; water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installation with associated service laterals; stormwater detention facilities and best management practices (BMPs); street lighting; landscaping; and coordination with dry utility providers for the installation of private utility infrastructure.
