Project Description: DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Consulting Services related to Federal Environmental Reviews under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) (42 U.S.C. 4321), 24 CFR Part 58 and other related laws and authorities, HUD Environmental Review Regulations, as well as city coordination for approvals, and other types of environmental review services as needed.
